It includes the “conception of the idea”, the design, and the project implementation design, emphasizing detail. At the same time, it is presented with means such as texts, sketches, drawings, photorealistic illustrations, and videos, which make it completely understandable, mostly shaping the final result.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN

The structural design includes all the necessary analyzes of each construction to achieve its safety and functionality. We provide structural designs of concrete, steel, timber, and masonry structures through modern software and a series of technical drawings, spreadsheets, and technical instructions. At the same time, we undertake designs for repairs and reinforcements of existing structures and assessments for adequate resistance against seismic actions of existing buildings.

ELECTROMECHANICAL DESIGN

In collaboration with our partners, reliable electromechanical designs are prepared before any installation. The designs contribute significantly to reducing construction costs, low energy consumption, and reduced maintenance and repair costs.

ISSUE OF LICENSES

In collaboration with our partners, we provide all the necessary designs for the issuance of any licensing, taking into account the applicable regulations.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

In collaboration with our partners, we undertake the elaborated designs’ supervision, ensuring their correct application, the quality of the construction, and the project’s smooth development.

CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In collaboration with our partners, we undertake the project’s complete technical and financial management. Management, among others, includes hiring all the necessary craftsmen, their control and guidance, the owner’s continuous information with a presentation of the progress of the project, the reduction of construction costs, and the completion of the project within the given deadline.

PROJECT SUPPORT AFTER ITS COMPLETION

In case we are asked, after the completion of the project, we provide an extensive series of construction plans and a presentation with photographic material, instructions, and useful tips for the proper operation and maintenance of the construction. We are “close” to you with our partners, facing any problem that may arise, having secured the appropriate guarantees on a case-by-case basis.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

In collaboration with our partners, we undertake to elaborate the design of the configuration of the surrounding area of an installation. The design includes the outdoor area’s design, the garden, the pool, or whatever is required, giving particular importance to the materials, the planting, the lighting, and the direct functional and aesthetic connection with the existing installation.

INTERIOR DESIGN

The interior design ensures and completes a quality and functional set that meets personal or professional space needs. DESIGN – SUPERVISION OF BUILDING REPAIRS, REINFORCEMENTS AND INSULATIONS

Having the necessary knowledge and experience in construction that has suffered damage over the years, we undertake the complete design of repair and reinforcement. The main goal is to restore the structures to their best operational condition, paying special attention to the supervision of the work being done and the correct selection and use of materials. Also, we undertake the study of liquid-thermal insulation of the building shell, which ensures the required percentages of moisture and the necessary thermal adequacy of the structures.

ENGINEERING CERTIFICATES – LEGALITY CERTIFICATES AND ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES
